A day of fishing aboard the Salty Dog is an experience that can be enjoyed by men, women and children.
We offer Full, 3/4 and 1/2-day trips as well as harbor cruises for up to a party of six. 1/2-day trips can be in the morning or the afternoon.
We troll and live bait for marlin, sailfish, dolphin, tuna, wahoo, and king mackerel. We also bottom fish for grouper, snapper and black sea bass to name a few! Just name your preference and we’ll do our best to put you on the fish. Join Salty Dog Charters for your next offshore fishing adventure.
Captain Carter "Cot" Smith, Jr. has years of experience in sport fishing and knows the coastal waters of Florida, South Carolina and North Carolina very well. Cot grew up fishing offshore with his family where they did everything from fun fishing to Big Game tournament fishing. After graduating from Chapman's School of Seamanship, Cot has been fishing full time. He has fished from Virginia down to the Bahamas and has successfully competed in many tournaments along the way. Cot and his crew look forward to making your day on the water a fun and memorable experience.
